Kayla is amazing: She was reliable/responsive and always on time, she knows what she's doing and has a lot of experience, she has a brain and can take charge and think for herself, she made sure to tell me the important updates I needed to know (i.e. she didn't just passively do the minimum then leave), and she was also very sweet and caring. She helped take care of my Mom who had late-stage cancer and my Mom also really liked her (my Mom did not like all the caregivers we had). I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you. :)
