About Kayla

My name is Kayla and I am new to the Sacramento area trying to get into my passion.. childcare!! I love to be active, silly, and stern when needed. I go by moms/dads rules always and I try to connect with your kids to the best of my ability! I have very brief experiences with special needs but I'm welcome to learn more! My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a strong partnership with parents, ensuring that their preferred communication methods are respected and utilized. I provide daily written reports and engage in verbal communication during pickup to keep parents informed about their child's day and any matters that require attention. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for up to 4 children at a time. My diverse range of games includes outdoor sports, educational activities, and technology-based games to cater to different interests and learning styles.
