Kayla is the absolute best! I am retired now, however the work my husband and I did while Kayla was our nanny, was very demanding with a crazy unpredictable schedule. Kayla was alaways flexiable, understanding and accomodating. We hired Kayla through Care.com for our two children, at the time they were both toddlers. My son had a lot of medical/behavior issues we were working through and Kayla stuck by our side through it all. Kayla empatheticly went through the various training, and education sessions, that the therapist and doctors provided to aide in my sons well being. We had Kayla as our Nanny two different times, for a few years, throughout our childrens lives. Kayla and her precious family are still part of our lives today and definitely our kids favorite nanny of all. She was always engaging, played games, was very creative, read books, lot's of books, crafts, make believe, went on walks, rode bikes, you name it. She knew my husband and I were not interested in someone who was going to put electronics in their face to pass the time, she was always engaged. She drove our kids to school and events, did swim lessons, made meals, cleaned, you name it, really! Kayla CARES, and has the biggest heart. I did not like the process or responsibility of hiring a nanny. Handing over the one thing that means more than anything else in the world to a stranger always made me uneasy. We were so fortunate that Kayla said yes to our family. I would be happy to speak with anyone considering Kayla as their nanny, we absolutely love her!
