About Kayla

I graduated from Keene State College 2021 with a B. S. in Elementary Education and hold teaching certificates in NH, VT, and MA. My journey since then has been diverse and enriching. Initially, I served as a Literacy Interventionist for 2nd - 4th grade, focusing on enhancing reading skills crucial to academic success. Then to a 5th grade role, I took on the responsibility of teaching ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies. My time as a 5th grade teacher was particularly impactful, exposing me to a diverse student body. This strengthened my belief of fostering a supportive environment where every student feels encouraged to reach their full potential. Most recently, I dedicated myself to teaching 4th grade Math and Science. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to nurturing an atmosphere built on empathy and enthusiasm, believing that caring deeply about each students growth is fundamental to their academic and personal success.
