About Kayla

I live both in Sacramento and Salinas/Monterey. Currently taking a summer course in Salinas until 7/20/2024 I worked full-time at a dental office when the Covid pandemic hit. My former office closed for a few months and that's when I ventured out and started my career as a full-time Nanny. Honestly, I did not think I would enjoy this job as much as I do. I love it! My favorite age group to work with is 0-12 months. However, I still enjoy working with school-aged children and I love how I apply a level of friendship where they learn to trust me and feel like I am an older sibling or family member. On top of childcare, I can also provide meal planning, prepping, and after dinner clean up. I am an avid cook and baker. I enjoy being in the kitchen and baking homemade chocolate chip cookies as an obligatory Friday after school treat. I would love to take the stress off of parents and take care of the mental weight that comes with planning dinner, cooking, and cleaning up.
