Hello my name is Kayla and I have loved animals my entire life! Growing up I had many different pets: dogs, cats, lizards, rats, hamsters, birds and fish. Being raised around animals meant having the responsibilities of caring for and cleaning up after them. I believe that all animals need love, affection, and attention. I have been hired to walk dogs and take them to the park. However, most of my experience has been house sitting and caring for the animals 24/7. I have cared for cats, birds, reptiles, and dogs. The dogs I have taken care of range from tea-cup Yorkie to 120lb pit-bulls. I love them all the same! I know that dogs need exercise and attention, but also discipline whether it be a firm "no" or being removed from a situation (I do not believe in striking). My pets are like my children and when I care for other animals I treat them just the same!

Kayla watched my pitbull, Jameson, while my fiance and I were out of town for the week. Kayla sent me updates and pictures via text and followed all of my feeding/ walking directions to a T. Sometimes Jameson gets anxious when we go out of town, but he seemed perfectly content to spend the week with Kayla. Kayla also used to work as a nanny for my two toddler cousins, and provided great childcare as well.
