I needed someone last minute care for a few days and reached out to a previous caregiver I used from Care. She wasn't available but put me in contact with Kayla. Kayla showed up on time and kept my 5 year old engaged during her after school care of him. I was expecting someone who would just show up and hangout with my 5, 11, & 12 year old until I got home. She went above that my older kids said she was cool to have around and my 5 year old loved that she would play legos, fix snack, or whatever he wanted to do. Would definitely hire again if needed and she's available!
