I am very professional and I make sure that I enforce the rules while at the same time I engage with them and hang out with them. I try to relate to children and let them voice their voice instead of treating them as their opinion doesn't matter. I am very patient always and I can deal with meltdowns very well. I like to bond with them whether it is playing a board game , or helping with homework , or listening to them talk and communicating with them , or helping them to do household chores.
