Hello! I'm Kayla. I have been caring for and teaching children since the age of 14. I also have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. My 10+ years of experience have taught me how to identify the needs of children and work with families to meet those needs. My teaching background has made me a homework expert. I have worked with a large variety of age groups and children with a large variety of needs. I have years of experience tutoring math and reading but I also have a love for history and science! I also LOVE learning through games. Most of all, I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to provide regular updates about their child's day. I am also willing to follow any household rules that parents require. On a personal note, I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and lead a healthy, smoke-free lifestyle.
