About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as high spirited, bubbly, and joyful. Growing up, I was significantly older than my siblings. I would often be their caretaker and engage in play time and homework help. Helping kids learn how to enjoy things to their best potential and therefore achieve their potential has always been an interest of mine and very rewarding! I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. I started by helping care for my significantly younger siblings, then expanded to helping family friends with their children, and babysitting until my sophomore year of college, when I went on to work at a hospital with children of all ages in need of physical and mental health treatment. I have since consistently worked with children of all ages and backgrounds! In my spare time, I like to read, craft, or go to concerts! I also recently discovered that mystery crime boxes exist, and have been "solving cases" with my friends on the weekends.
