About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, creative, and determined. I am good at finding unique ways to problem solve in order to achieve goals. I love working with kids because they are the future's past. Everyone was once a kid and I am someone who not only has empathy for children, but also the parents doing their best to raise them. Kids need a lot to develop and grow into successful and kind adults. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding in the difference I can make to families. I also would like a job that compensates fairly based on their own financial abilities for the work l've done. One thing you should know about me is I love helping people and the planet and I hope to help create a world that is more equitable and sustainable for everyone. My skills include preparing food for and cleaning up after those I'm caring for, the ability to tutor concepts struggling to be learned in school, and having careful and clear communication with a lot of patience and understanding.
