About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as adaptable, creative, and uplifting! I am very flexible and am able to adapt plans quickly and effectively. I like working with kids because I love watching them grow and become their own person. I love seeing them discover new things and enjoy helping guide and support children. Technically started working with kids while I was in middle school. I babysat several kids in the neighborhood and was trusted for late nights and some over night stays. I started working with kids as a career in 2019 when I started working with children experiencing foster care. In my spare time, I like to do anything outdoorsy, artsy, or musical. I also play a few video games but not enough to call it a hobby. My skills include organization, patience, and if needed firmness to make sure kids are following rules set in place.
