About Kayla

Hello there! My name is Kayla. I have some experience from when I was younger as well as within the last few years working with the elderly in different circumstances. I just worked this last year taking care of an elderly 90-year-old couple 6 days a week 8 HRS each day. The woman had a stroke a few years back and didn't have full use of her left side. I gained alot of experience with this job. From wheelchair use, CPAP machines, oxygen machines/tanks, catheter bags/care, diabetic glucose daily testing, cleaning, meal prepping and feeding, dressing, assisting with daily exercises, helping take to appointments, gait belt, bathroom and daily activity assistance and so much more. I loved the job and I love helping people. It's always been one of my biggest passions! I also when I lived in NC worked for the "Visiting Angels" company. There You would get assigned to different clients whose cases ranged vastly with needed care. I've also over the years helped with my grandma often as well.
