About Kay

I have two energetic boys, ages 13 and 15. I have worked in the child care industry for over 15 years now. I am also a certified teacher with a masters degree in reading education and a minor in early childhood education. I've been in the public school system for 13 years as a classroom teacher and I love working with children! Watching children grow and succeed in all areas of development is a passion of mine. My students would say that I'm caring, funny, and that I work hard for them and to provide a safe and fun-learning environment. I push them to be the best they can be through positive discipline and consistency. I am fully available this summer for child care. We will do so many fun learning activities! I am dependable, caring, and passionate, and look forward to hearing from you if you feel the fit may be right.
