I am a certified home health aid with experience in caring for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, strokes (+AVM), cancer, post surgical/non-surgical rehabilitation, MS, feeding tube and colostomy patients. I have managed and administered medication as well as made calls and pharmacy runs for refills. I also transferred, bathed and fed patients. I scheduled doctors appointments when they were necessary as well as provide transportation to and from. I have also assisted with physical therapy and even assistance in separate physical therapy classes. I have great patience and believe myself to be a fast learner and adapter.
