Kayci has been a huge asset to my family while we have worked together. She has been flexible with our schedule, as it changes often, and gets along with my daughter very well. My daughter has been able to socialize with her two little ones and enjoys their company. If I could take her with me on my move out-of-state, I would. I appreciated that she was willing to take small trips around town to keep things interesting for my toddler. As well as prepare meals for her during the week when I was my busiest. Kayci has been able to find a balance between caring for her little one and mine, and I know she is capable of continuing to do that for another family after we move.
