She did not show up on time for a shift; after several follow-ups she indicated she was running 30 to 60 minutes late, then after several more follow-ups she texted nearly 90 minutes late to indicate she was not going to be here for a while and asked about coming the next day instead to begin the remainder of the shift. When I made clear to her that I needed her to show up the same day she committed to come, she went radio silent and never followed up. Sketchy behavior. I definitely would not trust her reliability or communication.
