About Kaya

I've spent eight years as a childcare provider, and the last two years as an elderly care provider. I really enjoy both and I adore helping children learn and grow. My passion for caring for children comes from the positive experiences I've had in previous babysitting roles over the years. I find great joy in knowing that I'm making a positive impact on their lives and supporting families by providing a reliable childcare option. I would describe myself as patient and calm, as well as creative and imaginative. I love physical activity as well as painting and crafting. I believe that these qualities allow me to connect with children and provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for them. When it comes to communicating with parents, I follow the parents' preferred method of communication, whether that be verbal communication at pickup or regular updates through text or phone call. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules.
