About Katye

My years of experience as an oldest child, a godparent, a granddaughter to a grandparent who developed dementia, a volunteer with Hospice, the No One Dies Alone program, in a hospital Adult Critical Care Unit, as a Hospice volunteer, & a diabetes clinic volunteer, as well as a slew of social skills enhancing jobs such as waitressing, barista, teaching, & as a Red Cross volunteer, have taught me people skills & a love of helping & caring for people. Nothing brings me more joy than helping to care for people. I miss the one-on-one, in-depth patient connections & care while volunteering with Hospice & NODA. I need a way to be able to make money doing what I love. I have current First Aid, CPR, AED & BLS certifications. I have a BS in biology & am currently training as a medical assistant.
