I have worked as an intern at an alternative school for students with emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders. While I am not paid for this position, I have gained over 450 hours of experience working with students ages 10 - 22. I usually work in a group setting of eight students. I am very comfortable with ABA and can use it effectively. I am an advocate for spectrum disorders and fully understand the needs of this population. I am caring and patient, treating every person with unconditional positive regard. I love making art, exploring the outdoors, attending community events, and most importantly, I love to play.
