About Katrina

I'd describe my personality as creative, energetic, active, knowledge-seeking compassionate, and caring. In my spare time, I love to garden, read, learn, do art, cook healthy meals, lay in the sun, practice yoga, exercise, and play with my two spunky cats. I am fully vaccinated and I am also CPR/First Aid certified. I have my own reliable car, and I love helping others with healthy meal preparation or batch cooking for the family. I received my bachelor of science degree from Pacific University. I am currently a licensed massage therapist. I have also gone to school for certified nursing assistant and nutritional therapy, so I feel confident in my abilities to care for people in need along with preparing meals for all sorts of diet types/requirements. I am also 200hr yoga certified.
