About Katrina

Hello, my name is Katrina and I have experience with multiple age groups. I started with babysitting infants and toddlers and found that I enjoyed working with children. I moved on to being a teacher's aid with first graders for 4 years in an after school program. During the summer, I worked at a summer camp for ages 5-13. I believe in daily movement and open emotional communication. Getting out excess energy is not only beneficial for children's physical health but also assists with emotional regulation. I prefer to use positive reinforcement and validation. I myself am following all Covid-19 guidelines and would like a family that is also being conscientious of safety guidelines.
