Katrina is a fantastic nanny. She looked after our 8- and 11-year old and was a brilliant combination of reliable, kind, fun and firm with both of them. I was particularly impressed with how she managed difficult situations by neither ignoring nor dictating but coaching so our children got to the right solution by themselves. She was both punctual and flexible - which we really appreciated - and set a really positive tone in the house. She's one of those people you trust implicitly from the first time you meet her, and we certainly had no concerns at all for the entire time she was with us. I recommend her without reservation.
