I am a mother of 2 adult daughters and was an educator for over 29 years. I love spending time with family and friends. My interests include hiking, paddle boarding, running, swimming, biking, and volunteering. I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, flexible. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and allows me the opportunity to support students in tutoring. One thing you should know about me is that I am passionate about students and their learning. Understanding where they come from and where they need to be is a strength of mine and drives my instruction. My skills include patience, compassion, and knowledge of multiple grade levels which enables me to understand what they've learned and what they need to learn. I am very organized and efficient in managing a home and all it entails. I enjoy playing games and connecting with others. I'm also a dog lover and would be a good walking companion.
