I then pursued and obtained a college degree in Early Childhood Education (A. S) from Rasmussen College. I have two years of corporate child care experience where I worked exclusively with infants ranging from 6 weeks of age to 1 year and oversee a classroom of 8 infants. In my classroom I maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for the children where they can learn and develop as they grow. I hold the following certifications: CPR Certified, First Aid Certified, and Asthma Safe Certification. I also have obtained the Florida DCF Hours which are: Mandatory Child Care Standard hours for Training Part I, Part II, Early Literacy and Language Development as required to work in a child care facility.

Kate came highly recommended by my husband's co-worker when we were looking for someone to help watch our 5 year old and 3 month old when I needed to return back to work. I had the normal postpartum anxiety of leaving my little baby with someone for the first time, but Kate quickly put me at ease and has so lovingly cared for our little boys for almost 8 months now. She is punctual, communicative, and kind. She is an incredible gift to our family and helps keep me posted on what the boys are doing even when I'm not home. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough!
