About Katie

Since I was born I have been surrounded by animals such as horses, dogs, cats, and chickens! I have a lot of experience with different age groups. I am more than happy to make special accommodations for your pets, so never be afraid to ask. I'd describe my personality as charismatic, empathetic, and welcoming. I like working with animals because their needs are your responsibility, and they repay you with all the love they have! I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and makes my days rewarding. In my spare time, I like to take my dog for walks and pet the cats at the shelter. I also love to play guitar, read, and mountain bike. One thing you should know about me is that I am very open to new opportunities! I believe this has allowed me to learn patience, and to trust that something good always comes out of hard work. My skills include being able to handle any size dog, understanding why and when cats may feel threatened, and being very gentle to new furry faces.
