I enjoy arts and crafts, baking, reading stories, board games and anything outdoors! I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I have diverse experience with kids with disabilities and volunteered in a special education classroom while attending school. I have also held a live in nanny position with two kiddos toddler to elementary school age. I worked as a licensed Preschool Teacher at a highly accredited Early Learning and Development Center. Now, I have transitioned to a position at an Elementary School as a reading interventionist. I love every minute of my day at work with my kids but I am looking to make some extra funds to put away for my own place. I am comfortable with all ages, from newborn to teenagers!

My family recently moved to the Boise area and I don't know anyone and therefore have had no help with childcare. I have hired at least 4 other women off of here and Katie is by far the absolute BEST! She was extremely commutative, punctual, engaged and dependable. I could tell my daughter instantly felt comfortable with her and even asked if Katie could watch her instead of her own dad one day. I took this as a good sign that my daughter obviously enjoyed her time with Katie. Katie is extremely professional, came prepared with books and games and engaged my daughter in reading time and other activities. I would 100% recommended Katie and plan on hiring her in the future.
