Katie demonstrated that she had years of experience caring for young children and that she absolutely loves it. She is always on time and always has such an exceptionally outstanding attitude and kindness while being in-tune with the baby's needs. She is the most reliable, dependable, hard-working nanny I've had thus far. She helped my family so much and showed genuine concern for the baby and me.
