About Katie

Greetings! My name is Katie and I have been working with children ages 6 weeks-9 years old for eight years. My mother has a Family Daycare and I have been her assistant for eight years. I also run the daycare when my mother is away. I am used to multi tasking with diverse age groups and often as many as eight children. I do circle time, art projects, cooking projects, meal preparation, changing diapers, interact with parents, and cuddle and comfort throughout the day. I am CPR certified and live scan finger printed. I have reliable transportation. I also have experience babysitting our daycare children after hours at their homes. I wish to create a safe and fun environment where connections can be achieved through positive communication and hands on care.
