Katie did a nice job cleaning. She came for a few months, then her schedule became more hectic. The last visit was to my mom's empty house to clean before it was sold. This was the only time she was late and was the last time she worked for me. She did refer a friend to come in her place which I thought was nice. Katie was very pleasant and my kids really liked her. I do know the program director of her nursing school and called to ask about her before I hired her. She said she was a good student and gave her a positive reference.
