I am looking for a fulltime nanny jobs. I am currently work as an Assistant Infant Teacher for a Preschool. However I'm looking for a new job that can provide a living wage. Previous jobs of mine included Day care worker (specifically in the infant room) swim instructor ( ages between 2 and 5) and theatre camp instructor (ages from 5 to 18). I am also certified in First aid, CPR, and AED. I've also completed all training required by Daycare workers for the state of New York. I recently graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in theatre. My goal is to be a performer on stage but currently I need a job that allows my to live in the city while also giving me time in the evening to audition and perform. Much of my job history includes work with kids because I find when I work with kids, it doesn't feel like a job. Children are honest and energetic which usually leads to a happy environment.

I highly recommend Katie for care needs including full time nanny positions. She is a full time nanny for my 5 month old baby boy and is absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet and loving and does an amazing job working on all his milestones with him (tummy time, rolling, sitting). My baby has special feeding needs where he requires 27+ oz of milk a day and Katie has been all in with me figuring out the best schedules to ensure he gets the nutrition he needs and she has done a lot of trial and error with time between feedings and flow. My baby also is in physical therapy for torticollis and she joins every session and works on all of his exercises throughout the week. He is ahead on most of his motor milestones. In addition to providing great care for my baby she also is extremely organized and tidy. She is always on top of baby laundry and the play area is always spotless at the end of the day. She has gone above and beyond with organizing baby related rooms in the house. Katie has also watched my 4 year old son when his daycare is closed and is fantastic with older kids too. My baby will be starting daycare April 1 so Katie will be available to join a new family!
