About Katie

Hello! My name is Katie and I am a dedicated and compassionate Special Education teacher with over 3 years of experience working with students, including those with autism and other learning differences. I am currently seeking opportunities for nannying and tutoring to continue making a positive impact in children's lives outside of the classroom. I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential and provide a nurturing, structured environment where they feel supported and encouraged. A few summers ago, I worked full-time as an infant - grade school teacher at New Horizon Academy. where I gained extensive child care training and experience. In my free time I love spending time with my nieces, reading, making art and enjoying nature. I would love for the opportunity to be a nanny this summer with your family.
