His name was Archie and he lived about 16 years. He was paralyzed from a car accident and eventually learned how to walk again. I also owned a beautiful cockatiel for about 10 years. Katie babysit our kids a number of times when they were younger and she looked after the house and our dog and cats when we traveled. She was very attentive and fun with the kids. Kids always had a very good time with her.
