About Katie

I'd describe my personality as ambitious, authentic and easygoing. I like working with kids because no two days are the same, just how no two kids are the same. I love learning their personalities, likes/dislikes and how they think. It's extremely rewarding work and helping families by giving them a safe, caring option to leave their children is fulfilling. I'm looking for a job that provides consistency, has open communication and my biggest thing is appreciation from the parents. I started working with kids when I was 13, I became a mother's helper. Then at 15, I started babysitting alone. At 17, I had my first full time nannying position. In my spare time, I like to sleep. One thing you should know about me is I will always go above and beyond for the families I work for and try to be as accommodating as possible. My skills include patience, problem solving and communication.
