Katie is one amazing math tutor! My son began tutoring with her when he was in the 7th grade. His confidence in math skyrocketed. At the start of 8th grade he asked to keep seeing her for math tutoring. Our son continued to attend math tutoring with Katie throughout his four years in high school, receiving excellent grades and honors in math. She knows how to break complex concepts down into manageable pieces and if a student does not understand, she backs things up carefully building confidence. Two of my son's friends were struggling in math in high school and they also went to Katie for math tutoring with similar excellent gains in math. Katie genuinely cares and gets to know her students. Our son always left each math tutoring session with her happy and confident. She's a remarkably talented teacher, A++
