About Katie

Hi! My name is Katie. I have taken care of kiddos of different ages in the past. I always make sure that the child/children feels comfortable, I take pride in coming up with new ideas and activities on the spot. I love to teach new things, create crafts, have science experiments, explore outside with them and most of all create amazing bonds. I want to be able to provide parents with comfort and security of having someone trustworthy watching their little ones. I am currently a teacher in a pre-K special education setting, however, I have worked with ages ranging between kindergarten and 8th grade. My first classroom was a toddler/infant room so I am also familiar with youngsters. Teaching is my passion and I have my teaching credential in early childhood, special education. As I am entering summer break from the district, I am flexible due to school being out! *vaccinated
