About Katie

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, easy-going, and motivated. I like caring for seniors because they remind me of my grandparents, who I believe deserve the best care. I'm looking for a job that works with my children's schedules as well as satisfies me mentally. I started caring for seniors as a child when my mom was a DON at a nursing home, my love for seniors just grew. Now, my grandparents need occasional care that I help with. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children. One thing you should know about me is I have a large family containing five kids. I have been a childcare provider for three years so I have plenty of experience caring for someone. I also have grandparents that require my occasional care. I am very compassionate, extremely outgoing, and absolutely love to bring joy to others. I am willing to learn and grow as needed. I have a true passion for caring for others. My skills include patience, understanding, and willingness.
