I am passionate about helping others and providing meaningful care for those who need extra support . I grew up with a brother on the autism spectrum and then entered the field working as a TA at a school for those on the autism spectrum . I also have worked with adults in direct support positions as well. I currently study full time for psychology! My goal is always to meet an individual where they are at and understand what their needs are. I love building meaningful relationships with those I work with while also helping them reach and make new goals. I love creating an engaging and safe experience for individuals while they are in my care. It can be hard to trust a loved one with staff . I will do my best to build trust and give your family peace of mind . Other than that , I am fun , responsible and passionate. I look forward to working with you and your loved one !
