About Katie

Children are highly valued in God's sight and I am honored to have the opportunity to protect and love them. Others describe me as sweet and hardworking. I prioritize open communication with parents. My mother operated an in-home licensed childcare for five years during my adolescence. I grew up with an autistic brother, teaching me genuine love and patience for years. I have most recently been employed with a public daycare. I would love to nurture children in a more relaxed environment (3 children instead of 12). I enjoy caring for one to 4-year-old children. I speak English, am an advanced Spanish learner, and a beginner in Sign Language. I would love to incorporate those langauges into the day! I am boringly reliable and would love to help with laundry! Additionally, I've completed First Aid Training and CPR Training.
