I've been involved with childcare since I was 13, working with newborns to teenagers through babysitting, camps, teaching, and nannying. I'm passionate about raising children through meaningful relationships and experiences, helping them build confidence, independence, and connection. Childhood is about exploration, curiosity, and feeling safe to express who you are. I believe in meeting children where they are, guiding them with honesty and heart, and fostering an environment where they feel empowered to make choices. My approach blends structure with adventure: whether it's meal prepping together, setting up systems to build independence, or creating routines that support their sense of self.
