Katie never showed up for in-person interview, although we had messaged each other the day before. When she was late for her interview, I messaged her and called her to see if maybe she was lost; however, she never responded. It's ok to change your mind about interviewing for a job. It is not ok to just be a no-show with no explanation at all.
