Katie is kind, dependable, intelligent and always punctual. She has watched my children many times and always does an excellent job. I have complete confidence in Katie and trust her judgments. She always respects my wishes and upholds the house rules and manages the children well even if they act up occasionally. My children love it when Katie comes to "visit" with them; they feel she is a friend and so do I!
