After 18yr+ as registered dietitian, educator and chef, I transitioned my career to social and emotional learning and teach adult and children's classes through my business, Cultivating Kindness. I am a trained doula and love supporting parents through the postpartum period and beyond. As a social emotional learning specialist and yoga teacher, helping people calm, connect and care for themselves, even children, is something I love to do. I also love art, outdoor time, a good dance party and having fun with all age groups.
