I started taking care of my husband 23 years ago when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer then, when my mother became elderly, not able to take care of herself, hundred percent I worked with my mom for about eight years. The last full-time senior person took care of I was with her for 5 years. She now needs more help than I can give her. I still do her meal preps and I take care of her one day a week on Sunday.. I am a big advocate of making sure my clients can be as physical as they can be, that means taken walks doing whatever exercise they can do. getting fresh air whenever possible. I can also bring my dog, Kobe. He's about 10 pounds and he's a great therapy dog. He likes to sit in the walkers while we walk around. I'm looking for 20 hours a week can be morning or in the afternoon. You can also be a split shift if you want two hours in the morning two hours in the afternoon and there is a minimum of two hours.
