About Katie

My name is Katie. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years. My most recent position being a Case Manager at a local Home Health company. I have extensive experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and many hospice patients. I'd describe my personality as kind, positive, and reliable. Caring for the elderly is my passion! I have always loved conversations with seniors because they are so wise and there is much to learn from them. Home Care I started caring for seniors when I was 16. My grandma became bed bound and moved in with us. I helped my mom with her until she passed in 2014 In my spare time, I like to hike, fish, camp, Go on walks with my children and dogs. One thing you should know about me is I am CPR certified, I have multiple certifications from completing continuing education courses focused on Alzheimer's and Dementia patients.
