About Katie

Hi, I am Katie and 19 years old and I am a student at Gonzaga University. I have lots of experience with young kids as I have a younger brother who was born when I was in fourth grade so I was like a second mom to him growing up. So from him, I have a lot of experience with children after spending much time with him and babysitting his friends over the years. I have also done a lot for volunteer work with children including a program, mentoring and helping elementary school kids at Logan Elementary School in Spokane with homework two days a week after school. I have also volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club also helping with homework. For my senior year of high school, I volunteered weekly at Interfaith Sanctuary, a homeless shelter in downtown Boise playing with the kids. This past summer I have babysat for lots of kids in my neighborhood. Hope I can help your family & I look forward to hearing from you!
