About Katie

I am a registered nurse, have worked as such for 7 years. I worked mostly ER and surgery centers, at which both places I cared for pediatrics and adults. I also have years of nanny experience, starting before nursing school, during, and throughout my nursing career. Currently I am working as a summer nanny for a family in Wyoming. My contract ends in August 2023 and I'm looking to continue my nanny career. I am moving back to my hometown in Carthage, MO, however I am willing to travel anywhere for short periods. I'd love to assist families going on vacations, summer/winter holiday breaks, etc. I have worked with and am comfortable with children of all ages. I am a good swimmer, runner, and very physically active which allows me to not only care for children, but also engage in playtime with them and take them on adventures depending upon age. A little more background, I grew up on a farm in MO and I am extremely knowledgably in care of animals and can do pet care.
