About Katie

People describe me as easy going, laid back, reliable, warm, and caring. I believe everyone should have a support system. If I can make someone's life just 10% easier, I've done my job. I'm looking for someone that's responsible and reliable. Communication is the most important part of this job. Being able to answer questions in a reasonable manner (from both sides). I want someone I can trust and who can trust me to do the best job I can watching out for their kid/kids. I live a pretty chill lifestyle. I love going to the beach, trying out new food, watching Netflix, listening to music. I have 2 cats that take up a lot of my staying-at-home time. My degree in mental health has taught me many things over the years. Kids don't remember all the details from their childhood, but what they do remember is who was there for them. I have worked with kids of all ages, even counting my nieces and nephews that I grew up helping watch. I believe being a babysitter is the perfect job for me.
