Hello. My name is Katie and I love working with children. I have over 40 years of child care experience. I was a Middle School Math and Science teacher for special needs students for the past 12 years. I was a Montessori Preschool teacher for 8 years, (teaching 3 to 5 years old) prior to teaching Middle School children. I also taught swimming lessons to elementary school aged children at the YWCA while I was in college. In addition to my 20 plus years of teaching experience, I have raised a daughter, who is now 32 and a son, who is now 29, I also have First Aid and CPR certification.
