About Katie

As a compassionate childcare provider with a Master's in Educational Psychology (in Aug '24) and a Bachelor's in Psychology, I am dedicated to empowering children of all backgrounds and abilities through a strengths-based approach. I leverage my expertise in child development, applied behavior analysis, and child health & well-being to create nurturing environments that celebrate each child's unique qualities. As a former Registered Behavior Technician, I implemented individualized plans for children with Autism. I have experience working with children across various age groups in summer camps, schools, and therapy sessions. My patient, creative, and fun-loving personality enables me to connect with every child, and foster their growth through activities and tons of care! I believe in clear communication and collaboration with parents to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style.
